Privacy policy
ThesisFormatter receives documents for formatting audit and repair. This page explains what information is collected and how it is used for the service.
Information collected
- Uploaded thesis or dissertation files.
- Optional university guideline files or guideline links.
- Name, email, phone or WhatsApp, country, university, program, deadline, and notes.
- Operational metadata needed to process the formatting audit and job status.
How information is used
Information is used to inspect formatting risk, prepare a quote, perform approved formatting work, communicate with the student, and deliver DOCX/PDF files. Thesis content is not used to create public examples without permission.
LLM and automation scope
When automation is used, the default privacy approach is structure-only: headings, counts, formatting rules, validation results, and guideline summaries may be used for planning. Full thesis text is not required for formatting planning by default.
