ThesisFormatter

Audit process

How the thesis formatting audit works

The process is designed for students who already wrote their thesis and need formatting help. We inspect the document first, quote the repair second, and format only after approval.

Step 1: Upload the files

Upload your DOCX or PDF, university guideline file or link, deadline, university name, program, and the formatting issue you are worried about.

Step 2: Formatting risk audit

  • Table of contents, sommaire, headings, and duplicate numbering.
  • Figures, tables, captions, and generated lists.
  • Footnotes, URLs, references, and bibliography layout.
  • Margins, fonts, line spacing, page breaks, and section breaks.
  • DOCX integrity and PDF export risk.

Step 3: Quote and approval

The audit separates quick fixes from full repairs. You receive a quote based on the actual file condition before work starts.

Step 4: Formatting and QA

The repair preserves academic content. The final DOCX and PDF are checked for formatting, footnotes, images, navigation, and export quality before delivery.
